What's On

Support:

Mixed 1-1 supports including a Drop-In, counselling, longer and shorter term befriending, plus in the moment crisis support, advice and signposting. All referrals are welcome from partner agencies, friends or when someone simply walks in. We work with individuals to tailor supports that suit the individual needs and pace.

Drop-In - Tuesday's 12 - 3pm - Glenburn Community Centre

Drop-In - Monday to Thursday - 9.30 to 1.00pm - North End, Wallace Street

Our volunteer led Drop In establishes an open door so people can seek help or advice on any issue but essentially also functions as a social place where people can be themselves, without condition or expectation, thus reducing isolation and nurturing peer support. A warm welcome and a tea or coffee are always on hand.

Equip:

Groupwork and programmed opportunities that energise, build confidence and develop skills to move successfully through life challenges and strive to reach potential.

We support the community and the aspiration of partners with our mixed programme of therapeutic, educational, and fun groups and workshops. From creativity and culture, to health awareness, to relaxation sessions.

Wee STARs - Friday mornings 10am-12noon (term time) North End, Wallace Street

Join in the fun with our toddler group. Bookbug, Exertots, messy play and so much more.

Include:

Actively connecting to our wider community through our peer led programming, volunteering, cultural events and activities. Using our collective voice to share expertise in consultation, particularly around welfare reform, stigma, social justice and genuine inclusion.
